@webook @SaudiArabianGP @mcgovsa_care saudi f1 refunded our tickets to webook. Webook refuse to give us the cash. Raised complaint and they closed it. Will raise chargeback via bank and submit formal complaint to @SaudiEmbassyUK unless resolved soon.

@mcgovsa_care how to complain about @webook ? We received refund for cancelled F1 Jeddah tickets and we can’t withdraw our refund from webook. I tried to complain to them and they say just process withdrawal in app. I showed them it’s blocked for me. They won’t help.

@BootsUK raised a formal complaint with the retailer ADR given your acceptance of refund but tech issues meaning you haven’t refunded me. What a shambles. Used to love boots - never again.

@JulienHoez @10DowningStreet Travel frequently in Spain by train and train tickets there are similar in price to the UK, sometimes more expensive. And their avg salary is lower. “The continent” just isn’t comparable.

@Saudia_Care hi. Travelling with someone with Peru passport. Has a Schengen work visa. Are they eligible for visa on arrival. Says “Schengen business or tourist” visas are unsure of work visa is business visa?
