Dan Lanning is 38–5 at Oregon over the last three seasons.

All five losses came against teams that played in the national championship game. Three losses were against the eventual national champion.

It’s only a matter of time before Lanning and the Ducks clear the final hurdle.

@UnnecRoughness @BFW Sure there’s been a few bad losses but name another coach that has done a better job in the first 4 years. Theres only 1-2 other coaches currently better than what Oregon has now. Dan hasn’t won a big game? How about vs Ohio state at home, 23-0 in CFP, Penn state white out, Iowa.

@UnnecRoughness @BFW No. Absolutely not. And if there is a conversation it’s about how successful he has been in just 4 years at Oregon. Each year the team has gotten better and better. 5 losses in 3 years. All of them to either that year’s national champion or runner up.

Sad loss to a Great season. Expectations were so low this year and they far exceeded them. Proud of this team and our coach… They will be back. Sad for the seniors but know they’ll do great things in the league. #GoDucks
