Imagine if you connected the 2011 peak to the 2013 peak (yellow line), and used that to predict the 2017 top.

You will have greatly overestimated what was possible.

@blobyblo But.. what if its in their interest to not teach it? It'd be interesting because if we effectively did, we would all be able to differentiate wants and needs. Alot of industries would die and new ones would be forced to be made.
