The Night That Sparked a Movement: My First Meeting with Peter Ob

The atmosphere was heavy with anticipation when I first met Peter Obi. At that time, none of us realized that this encounter would be the genesis of what we now affectionately call the "Obidient movement". The room was a symphony of buzzing conversations and speculative whispers, yet it all faded into the background when Peter started speaking. @PeterObi

Despite my exhaustion that night, which was a result of PO's relentless energy, I remained engrossed in his words. He spoke with a conviction that was infectious, painting a vivid picture of his vision for a new Nigeria. There was a magnetism about him, a genuine concern for the nation that resonated deeply with all who were present. It felt as if he was single-handedly shouldering the hopes and dreams of millions.

Our conversation stretched into the early hours, with Peter's enthusiasm showing no signs of waning. By the time our conversation wrapped up, it was almost 2 a.m. With a heavy heart and an even heavier eyelid, I had to retire for the night, reminding myself of my work commitments the next day.

After barely managing three hours of sleep, I began my day by instinctively reaching for my phone. Launching X (formerly known as Twitter), I was met with a surprise. There he was, Peter Obi, halfway across the world in Italy. The same man who, just a few hours ago, had been with us, sharing his passion and vision for Nigeria. It dawned on me then - his energy was inexhaustible.

This pattern continued day after day. Peter was constantly on the move, yet never too busy to inspire hope and share his dreams. Whether he was in Italy, Nigeria, or any other part of the world, his message remained consistent: the promise of a new Nigeria.

That first encounter with Peter Obi wasn't just an introduction to the man; it was a glimpse into the future. A future that felt within grasp, palpable, almost as if we could reach out and touch it. Peter's tireless dedication, relentless pursuit of his vision, and unwavering hope instilled in me a belief that the dawn of a new Nigeria was imminent.

Today, as we rally behind the Obidient movement, I often find myself reflecting on that night. It serves as a poignant reminder that change is possible when led by relentless hope and unwavering conviction. The new Nigeria we dream of is on the horizon, and with leaders like Peter Obi paving the way, it's only a matter of time before our dreams become our reality.

The judiciary under a democratic system of government should be independent and not influenced or controlled by the executive or legislation. But what we have in Nigeria is a clown arm of government.

I give up on Nigeria. If you think Tinubu did it alone you must be joking, there are external influence from the west who wants to keep mining our resources without challenges.
They want to keep our currency as low as possible to distabilize us.

Go back in history and watch all those who meant well for Africa all over the years, the opposition somehow gets sponsored by the west and they get killed or worse.
