I realised I was using AI Agents the wrong way.
Prompt in → hope out.
That isn’t engineering. It’s gambling.
Using GitHub Spec Kit changed this for me.
Spec-driven development forces the AI to: • Read a clear Constitution • Produce a strict plan • Only then write code
🚀
Who will be the winners?
🚀 Those who build the best agent stack.
🎯 Those who know how to listen to the right signals.
⏳ Those who find the right niche at the right time.

Just set up some basic infrastructure in @Azure for the first time in a while and cannot believe how buggy it is. Basic things not working. Spotted at least 6 bugs 😱 #azure
Reading OpenAI's latest paper: "Let's Verify Step by Step". The idea is so simple that it fits in one tweet:
For challenging step-by-step problems, give reward at each step, instead of a single reward at the end. Basically, dense reward signal > sparse.
The Process Reward Model ("PRM") is able to pick solutions for the difficult "MATH" benchmark much better than the Outcome Reward Model ("ORM"). The obvious next step is to finetune GPT-4 with PRM, which the paper hasn't done yet.
A caveat is that PRM requires a lot more human labeling. OpenAI releases their human feedback dataset: 800K step-level labels across 75K solutions to 12K MATH problems.
@PaoloNutini Sad to see there are still corrupt ticket agencies about. How can all tickets be sold out at 9:00am? The system couldn’t even process all transactions by then!
Miss you dude 🤙
@ComeDineWithPad @AlexOhmmusic @gig_watch @mild__interest @thelines Ooo I’m curious to what it is, nothing is displayed for me. A domain normally expires and anyone can then purchase it
