To those saying “Oh, the polls were so wrong…”
Polls are eerily accurate! Industry, science, and more all live and die by market research!!
Meanwhile, you slow down the mail, close voting sites, use sketchy touchscreen ballots…
Have you considered *your elections* are wrong?
@RonDublowski Argh. Well, let’s not give up hope. Was it simply a breakaway collar? Perhaps a Good Samaritan is sheltering Mr. Business!
(Also, officer, I know you started this account before Twitter’s owner decided to openly align with fascists, but now … it may be time to migrate away?)
So I’ve had it with this platform. Goodbye, newly-irresponsible, immoral, proto-fascist Elon Musk-run Twitter. I’m keeping this account parked here as a public archive of sorts, but I won’t be tweeting anymore. 👋
Amazon claims the Amazon Smile program didn’t have an impact. I can tell you as an animal not for profit it made a huge difference to us. That $9400 meant the world. That isn’t nothing to us. #amazonsmile#amazon @amazonsmile
Also: #FuckAmazon for killing off #AmazonSmile. Yes, I can give to my local no-kill cat shelter directly, and sure, it’s nice to have zero reasons to ever order from #Amazon now … but still: fuck greedy, lucky, parasitic waste-of-space #JeffBezos, and especially, #FUCKAMAZON.
@JennaEllisEsq Every election official, every election security expert, and every secretary of state confirms this has been the most secure election ever… which is why its results *will* be certified, your bizarre charade will fizzle out, and we’ll return to normal as a country. 🗳❤️🇺🇸
@JennaEllisEsq Well, no. You just diverted attention away from the fact that you’ve never made a coherent case against what Trump’s own appointees called “the most secure election in history.” So people are advertising how stupid you sound. And you still haven’t presented a coherent case.
@JennaEllisEsq Noooo… his correction of your tweet pertained to the fact that this election has been decided by voters as always, and judges keep laughing you out of court because you lack any evidence to the contrary yet persist in making false claims.
@carriecordero I briefly dated someone who‘d moan in anguish over every terrible thing she‘d do, although seemingly never thinking not to do terrible things. It was like she sought out cowardly cruelties to inflict on others, hoping someday Ian McEwan might write a novel about one of them.
@jacobinmag As a reader, I wish it weren’t my job to educate other readers on the strategies and logistics of advancing progressive causes — while you’re too busy encouraging us to snatch defeat from victory because… why…? because uninformed contrarianism is easy to write and drives sales?
@jacobinmag Uhhh… doesn’t Article 1, Section 6, Clause 2 of the Constitution mean that if either Sen. Warren or Sen. Sanders were appointed to President-elect Biden’s cabinet, they’d have to resign their US Senate positions, torpedoing any chance of any progressive legislation passing?
Sen. Loeffler dumped stock on the same day she got a Senators-only COVID briefing. But instead of facing consequences, her husband made a $1 million contribution to a pro-Trump super PAC. The investigation was then dropped.
Vote #CrookedKelly out.
