@Tesco I am trying to contact the Tesco Express, 93-97 Bold Street, Liverpool, L1 4HF. I would like to check if I left my keys there by mistake earlier. The listed number does not work: 0333 345 1954 Any help possible? Thank you, Dan
My first article from my PhD about the experiences of young gay men growing up in a digital world. It's a double-edged sword! Published today! Read all about it! Thank you everybody for helping me get this far with this work. https://t.co/SrFuBSachk
@HMRCcustomers Tha my you fir your apology. I will try and get through again. I realise now that this call-back service didn't include a reference number, not could it specify a day and time for a call back (other than some point over the next 3 days). I will keep trying.
@HMRCcustomers I got through to speak to you on your helpline a week ago. The member of staff could not help and explained that a colleague would ring me at some point over the next 3 days. I have not received a call - it's been 7 days. What do you suggest I do?
@HMRCcustomers I am trying to file my self-assessment, but I log into my account and there is no self-assessment option. I cannot complete this task. Please can you advise me on what I can do?
@HMRCcustomers Those two services would be improved greatly if there was a queue system. I will try them again tomorrow. Who knows how many hours and days it may take?
@HMRCcustomers I have found both those options unavailable this morning. The webchat does not seem to link when it suggests it will and there is no queue system. The phone line rings with a warning there may be a wait, but no estimation of the wait, or information about place in a queue.
@HMRCcustomers Hi Darryl, I have done as you suggest. The recover option proceeded to confirm the same USER ID as before, so I have got no further.i login with it again and there is no option for self assessment. What do I try next, please?
@HMRCcustomers The response I have just received from the digital team was not helpful. It simply advised me to login my account. The problem is not logging in - it is the unavailability if the self assessment option in my account. What can I do now?
@HMRCcustomers I have found trying to communicate and resolve this issue very frustrating and upsetting. It is disappointing that the service is not better resourced to resolve issues more efficiently, for everyone's benefit.
@HMRCcustomers I have followed your advice. I have entered the UTR number and my National Insurance number - copied from my most recent HMRC letter in March 2021. It says they are not correct and to contact HMRC.
