@jerryagar1010 My other beef is with Primus Telecommunications....one of the biggest residential phone and internet companies in Canada...they resell Bell & Rogers. When Rogers went down....most of their customers were down...and they did nothing..NO communication at all to their customers

@jerryagar1010 foundation and tracks are being torn up and replaced....my biggest concern is that all this was done about six years ago to support the new streetcars....what went wrong with that work that is is all being done again?
