It is refreshing to have the term “playoffs” removed from this sport. Racing is not playing. The “Chase” is much more appropriate. @markmartin and many other greats in the sport including @Nascar should be thanked! Onward to a revitalized sport! The @Nascar Crown Jewel races should be @DAYTONA, @TooToughToTame, @CLTMotorSpdwy, @MartinsvilleSwy, and @NWBSpeedway. The @IMS is a legendary Crown Jewel track for @IndyCar. The #Nascar race there in its current form doesn’t meet the moment like the #Indy500 does. The road course race is the way to run for @Nascar, unless a solution is found for the nextgen car.

Hopefully the right leadership and stakeholders get into a room and discuss the passing issue. Possibly study the differences with the @NASCAROReillyAP car and see how that car’s strengths can apply to the Cup car. I’m optimistic that #Nascar will address the situation wisely.
