@KimZetter Re: foreign governments: A few might remember conspiracy theories that sprung up around @dotMudge just because he was in the same circles as Julian Assange at some point in time. That which is started without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
@IanColdwater If right to repair is important, you might want to consider Framework. I've got one on order and haven't used one yet so I can't give an unqualified endorsement. Also comes as a DIY kit.

My new op-ed with @MatthewRojansky for @washingtonpost on what the Biden strategy should be for the upcoming summit with Putin

@DAlperovitch Calling this a vulnerability is at best an exaggeration. There are innumerable ways to do "covert" inter-process comms on almost any platform. Example: memory allocation by one process is detectable as a decrease in available memory by another. Voila, spooky IPC.
Isn't it the Russian government position that cyber attribution is impossible to do and perpetrators could literally be anyone and anywhere?
And if so, how can they claim the hackers are foreign and are pursuing the interests of a foreign state?
@DAlperovitch@margbrennan I suspect the answer is likely to be"yes" but your underlying question probably means to assume "dies or visits ICU as a result of vaccine side effects or as a result of vaccine inefficacy." It's a problematic question to answer definitively with such small numbers.
@DAlperovitch I advised an IR software startup years ago to implement this as a crucially important feature. Unfortunately that advice was the result of a painfully learned lesson. *cough* Bit9 *cough". But the feature would probably have been misused for normal comms anyway.
I’m very excited to announce that my new non-profit venture has launched!
Looking forward to doing great things with amazing team and Strategic Council led by Gen. David Petraeus and @TurnbullMalcolm! Thank you for your support and strategic advice!
@DAlperovitch Wouldn't a deep seated rejection of objective truth be profoundly at odds with scientific inquiry? My impression is that Russians also have a strong respect for science. Paradox? Cognitive dissonance?
Ivermectin is the new hotness. Even some doctors have veered from science into premature advocacy. Exhibit A contains red flag words like "amazing":
