@boltapp needs to explain how individuals with allegedly invalid identification details and questionable vehicle registration records are still allowed to operate on their platform.

With the help of a trusted friend and brother in the military, we looked into the rider’s details and discovered that the name and vehicle registration attached to the account could not even be properly verified. Yet this individual was actively using the platform and handling customer deliveries.

This raises serious concerns about rider verification, background checks, and customer safety on @boltapp

People trust this platform with valuable items daily. If proper vetting is not being carried out, then customers are being exposed to avoidable risks while scammers continue to exploit the system.

This issue deserves urgent attention, accountability, and public awareness.
