@JetBlue your level of imcompetence seems to continue to grow. You cancelled my flight out of NYC with no reason yesterday..You boarded everyone one today, closed the doors only to realize you had to fuel manually before we could take off. Does does that seem competent?

@JetBlue horrible experience on flight BS 190 today. Your site and app once again broke and couldnt check in. Had to go in line and almosy missed flight. On of your staff members reprimanded me for showing up just before door closing. Who do I contact to offer feedback?
