@amazonIN My Amazon Now order was NOT delivered, yet it has been marked “Delivered”. I have already paid for it, but Amazon is asking me to wait 4 DAYS for an internal investigation.

Why should I wait for Amazon to investigate its own delivery failure?

@amazonIN @amazonIN Marking an order as “Delivered” when the customer never received it is a serious trust issue. Refusing to verify it immediately and asking the customer to wait 4 days makes it worse.

Please fix this now.

@amazonIN @amazonIN I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want the product I paid for, within the promised delivery timeline. If Amazon cannot deliver it, I want my money refunded immediately.
