@RhonddaBryant +If you create legislation where wikipedia is collateral damage, then its poorly written and doesn't have the intended consequence. Please tell me how wikipedia is grooming children or showing profanic content. ISPs generally have content filters enabled, parents should be aware.

r/sexualassault, r/stopdrinking, etc. Just because someone doesn't want to validate ID they can't access genuine help forums for problems lots of young people may face.
It's a blanket ban on any topic remotely 18+, poor legisilation.
