@rationalaussie In Malaysia they allow foreigners to purchase land but not under 1M Ringgit (approx 350k AUD). Reason is they don’t want the youth to be priced out of their own home. Oh and 1M Ringgit gets you a super nice family home over there or a few apartments.

@matt_barrie @crypto_inquisit Argentina starting to look more promising than Aus. I was in Paraguay a few months ago and met multiple Aussies there who have also decided not to play this stupid Ponzi game in Aus. Many are leaving and they are all entrepreneurs.

@AlboMP I met 4 more young Aussies in SE/Asia last week who have permanently left Australia. All of them entrepreneurs and in their 30s and 40s. I’ve been meeting about 2-3 per week since Xmas. All of them entrepreneurs (some already millionaires) and none of them planing a future in Aus
