@nxwestmidlands I got off to allow her to get on as she would have been late to collect her children from school. I just though this was very unfair on her as there was no reason for her not be allowed on. I believe the driver did not make a very sensible decision and made up the rules

@nxwestmidlands Well a double pushchair got refused onto and near empty bus. The seats of the pushchair was underneath each other so wouldnt take up more space than my single one. A free pushchair space was available but driver said it was classed as 2 pushchairs.
