@uscpsycho Nothing is full proof. But I’d trust a guy that has won everywhere he has coached. I think it’s more of a risk when you hand a great assistant the keys to an already finished product. That doesn’t mean he can’t learn. We just have to be willing to wait out growing pains.

@NotTroyThomas Doesn’t bother me. Great way to select coaches for the future. Not to say that Lincoln can’t learn. But Chesney starting from the bottom has prepared him to manage his team and focus on all phases. Riley has a limited window to get right. Got to shore up critical weaknesses.
