@CityofMonterey Considering how much confusion this caused, can the city respond and let us know why the multiple channels available to contact local taxpayers were not used. This qualifies as an event which we really shouldn't all have to dig around to discover what happened.
@CaltransD5 Finally something to keep the idiot tourists standing in the middle of an active highway taking selfies near the Bixby Bridge for at least one f#@%% day! Thank you @CaltransD5 Keep up the great work maintaining this crazy stretch of highway!
@PropOTP@AndyKroll@RollingStone Please @propOTP RESCAN the graphic - the quality is terrible. If you have a document that is this important, at least put in the effort to make it readable!
The storm bringing dry lightning and wind gusts of 65mph could be here within hours. Officials tell Monterey County residents, including on the Peninsula, to be prepared. https://t.co/B3aKt06U4Q
Safe in Monterey, but wishing for the best outcomes for friends who have evacuated from Monterey and Santa Cruz county and are waiting and watching from hotels, etc.
@KSBW_Kyla It's 2000 acres plus according to your own website and Calfire. Frustrating when a local story like this gets recycled video where you state 300 acres which was hours ago. Makes me long for a real station with a real budget :(
