@POferriesupdate Absolute shambles. Arrive 90 mins before and now having to wait for 7pm crossing. No prioritisation of different time crossings. Hungry and tired kids. Total jokes. Thank you of being appreciative of my patience but that ran out a while ago. First and last time on the ferry.
@marksandspencer Well a pretty poor reason to lose a lifetime customer. Could've done the sensible and common sense thing and just swap the belt. I don't lose you don't lose, but common sense doesn't seem to exist. Alas i will stop shopping with you now.
Avoid @marksandspencer for crazy returns policy. Just tried to exchange a belt for a different size outside returns window. Despite belts being identical (and cost) my old belt is listed as a discounted item with lower ยฃ1.99 cost. Manager at OxCircus in computer says no moment.
Crazy. Customer service gone to pot. Now have a belt I canโt use and avoiding M&S in future. Three others at counter all having similar conversations about items bought in December/presents.
@jyatespd Is there an official consultation on this? As a resident further up on Dahomey Road I donโt fancy sitting traffic spewing fumes everyday not to mention crossing the road through stationary traffic.
@jyatespd whilst I very much welcome the cycle lanes and double yellows on Mitcham lane. I think the proposed traffic lights will be a disaster. Hereโs a taster of what it will be like courtesy of some temp lights further down Mitcham lane. Note free flowing on lanes with none.
Thinking of buying a Vax? Don't. Poor form @vaxsupport Broken part out of warranty. Refuse to replace as two months out of warranty. Turned a potential customer service win into a big loss. Potential buyers beware! Product doesnโt last and Vax try to remove your Consumer rights!
