You need boredom. A lot of it. Start by going on walks without music. No stimulation. No distractions of any kind. If you learn to sit with your own thoughts, for long enough, in time they will start serving you. You'll start having ideas once again. You'll start developing an extreme sense of clarity that will shift you into the next stage of your life. All by being bored, which is pretty insane.

You love my story?
The same thing you're are ashamed of is the same thing that changed my life.
Because I asked for help.
If I had kept quiet because of pride, I wouldn't have gotten the opportunities, the jobs and everything. If you like stop talking.
Keep being shy.
Here is the short list I actually run my life by, not the version I'd post if I wanted to look impressive.
• Phone charges outside the bedroom, always
• The first hour goes to the hardest task, not the easiest email
• Anything that can be automated does not get to live in my head rent free
Boring rules. Consistent results. That's the whole trick nobody wants to hear.
In case you all don't know, my dad still sends me money without me asking. Sometimes, I just wake up to see an alert from him. Over the past six months, I calculated that he has sent me almost 14 million, completely unprovoked.
God bless every father out there who continues to look out for their children, regardless.

There’s one thing I think applies to our daily lives: no matter how much luxury we crave, the moment we get it and get used to it, it becomes boring. Then we start seeking something else.
Think of the most dream object you want to own. Once you finally have it, give it time, you won’t value it the same way again. Right now, it feels like a big deal, but once it’s yours, it fades.
