Result I expected! Season was defined when sacking and replacing a coach a 1/3 of the way into a season after signing more players for his system, bringing in a coach who publicly said not till the summer and then gave him the previous coaches players and expected it to work 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Coach_Temisan Quoting £30-£35 a session in academy football to say you’re incorrect is nonsense when most academy sessions are 90 minutes, therefore £20ph 🤦🏻‍♂️ pay rates for coaches has always been a joke, not sustainable for anyone long term!

As I was due to start Covid ! 12 month course took 2.5 years due to the FA, I qualified & my only route into a “pro” club was via the scouting department! It doesn’t matter what badges you have, it’s about do you have a mate in the club!!
