> Morning, start fresh
>After work/going out, remove sweat/pollution
>Before bed, keep bed clean

That already hits 2–3 showers daily

Some people even shower more depending on activity or heat

I recommend that foreigners living in Thailand should shower at least twice a day to maintain proper hygiene
