@SvenRiebe I want to thank you for publishing the guide "Deploy Dell Client Tools With Microsoft Intune" on GitHub. Our old deployment methods were not as sophisticated and thus not as successful. I now faithfully use your guide to update Dell software from Intune. Thank you!!!
@tim_cook@AppleSupport No one has been able to say definitively that it just cannot be done. Please help me to progress and close Apple Support Case # 102056034988.
@tim_cook@AppleSupport Why is it so difficult to purchase the Apple Pro Apps Bundle for Education with an existing Apple ID account balance? No one in support can explain it or resolve it (ticket # 102056034988, 102056034988, etc.) All I want to do is spend my money with Apple.
@tim_cook@AppleSupport I have talked to several Apple Support agents in the last week about this issue. I have been transferred endlessly, hung up on a few times, and looped around to countless automated services that cannot direct me to the right department. No one has been able to resolve the case.
@IntuneSuppTeam@IntuneSuppTeam I have documented this problem pretty thoroughly in Microsoft Support Case # 2307190040007022. Can you review the ticket notes and escalate to the appropriate developer team?
@IntuneSuppTeam I have 4 Mac devices successfully enrolled in Intune through Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) via Apple School Manager. All devices fail to install the config profile when setting up the Company Portal. Is the correct profile being sent to the CP for MacOS?
@IntuneSuppTeam No enrollment restrictions. All T&Cs in ASM have been accepted. Created new ADE program token and same error in CP - Profile installation failed. Removed the device from ADE to test Company Portal in BYOD scenario and it works. I need CP to work in ADE scenario.
@lintnotes@MSIntune I would say the learning curve is much easier with Jamf. In the EDU space, I think a techie-teacher moving to the IT side of school could learn Jamf School and later Jamf Pro within a reasonable time. I cannot say the same with Intune or even Intune for Education.

@hoyty@IntuneSuppTeam As a workaround you can search by ProductID (9NV2L4XVMCXM) instead of the app name. I have to do the same thing for Minecraft: Education Edition (9NBLGGH4R2R6). There are still some shortcomings with the Winget search in @MSIntune. @PlayCraftLearn@Minecraft
