@TMobileHelp I was told more than once by support that I have plenty of history showing I wasn't getting service and I wouldn't have to pay for service while they got me my refund so I could move back to AT&T. Now you send my bills for over $1k and threaten to send me to collections. Crooked.
@fairshake@TIME@fairshake You need to follow through and make sure @Tmobile does what they agree to on settlements. They delayed refunding me and didn't unlock my phones so they could rack up more monthly bills, which was almost equal to what they agreed to refund me.
@CurtisHoman@MikeSievert@TMobile I used @fairshake, and it worked well. They were able to get @TMobile to agree to refund me for all my phones so I could move back to AT&T. But @Tmobile delayed the refund long enough to rack up more monthly bills that they now say I owe, and they won't take my calls until I pay
@billcom Support can't fix the issues, the problem is systemic, and someone at the executive level needs to hear what I have to say so they stop spending $ in the wrong places.
@billcom I've been on chat support for less than an hour this morning trying to get sync issues fixed and I've got passed to three different people because your chat app keeps disconnecting us if I don't type something. I have to start over every time with the next person.
@billcom I want to talk directly to the CEO and CMO. I'm done complaining through your normal channels. I've been complaining about the sync issue for years and not a thing has changed. And its VERY frustrating to see you spending money on branding before fixing your application issues.
@billcom I spend more time dealing with sync issues than I do paying my bills. If you spent even 1/16th of what you did on the rebranding on just updating your sync error messages it would have a much bigger impact on your customer's success.
