@metronetfiber I’m sorry, but after 20 hours and 6 phone calls, I don’t trust that the person running the social media account for Metronet is going to fly in and save the day. Also, here’s the “latest” update the portal provides. Lesson learned, at least our former ISP provided updates.

@metronetfiber Metronet installed at 5 pm last night! Outage from Metronet also started at 5 pm last night, no ETA in sight. Over thirty minutes of hold time just to get to a tech support rep, only to be told they have no more information.
