@lawsonreturns@CheshirePolly14@MarlonTag No you were just talking bullshit on a public platform. If you’d ever set foot in an election count you’d know you were talking bullshit.
So many conspiracies going around from right wing nutters, failing to factor in the fact that Reform pulled their activists to help Farage fight a bin. Reform threw their candidate under the bus, that’s why Labour smoked them.
@lawsonreturns@CheshirePolly14@MarlonTag That’s a flat out lie. The vote counters are watched through the whole process by candidates, agents and volunteers from all parties. You’re just parroting conspiracy theories
@puddingbowl1905@electionmapsuk Lib Dems were in a shit position where much of the electorate wasn’t over the coalition, squeezed by Labour for the pro eu vote in FPTP and often found themselves backtracking on their stronger eu positions. Being unapologetically pro remain for a bit did grow their membership
Landlords would have to pay 0.96% annually
That means I’d have to pay around £7k a year and my tenants pay £4k less as council tax is abolished
I think this would make every BTL in the country loss making on day 1
Can’t see any 2nd order consequences 🤣
This shouldn’t be his decision. If the union was truly voluntary the power to leave would sit with the Scottish government. As it doesn’t, Britain holds Scotland hostage with no clear mechanism to leave it that’s what its people wanted.
"We need a proper contest with the best candidates on the field, and I will be standing."
Wes Streeting tells Sky's @joncraig that he will stand in any Labour leadership contest to replace Keir Starmer

This. Everyone with a D next to their name is getting labelled a dangerous communist, so you might as well run candidates who actually want to do something rather than prop up the status quo and institutional norms.
i love how centrists continue to do this thing where they say “if DSA becomes more front and center in the party, republicans will run on that!” as if the right doesn’t just say absolutely anything on and run on shit like peanut the squirrel or litterboxes in school bathrooms
