@SparkMailApp @readdle have a question. I'm starting to work with a personal assistant, and I want them to be able to 'flag' emails much like other email apps. This could for instance be 3x different flags, being urgent, timely, and not urgent.

arrive by Oct 1st. We were not negligent, and the Embassy sent this on the most expedited service that you currently offer - if this service isn't expedited then you need to train your staff to inform customers of this when booking.

@nzpost why offer an overnight expensive service, then delay on tracking portal for 1st October (3 day delivery) , then suddenly delay to 4th Oct?!?
This is a passport and someone’s livelihood for travel, with thousands of dollars lost. Auckland > Auckland delivery too.
