As you can see in the milions of replays from twitter that header never came out of a corner, it was a direct cross and a corner was never involved🤣

@isadoractnv He definitely did that and the video from the 53’ minute is the moment that got disregarded by OPTA and SofaScore. They counted his header as Off Target even though was a clear save and the official FIFA stats counted it as a SHot on Target. It is an obvious corruption by OPTA

Vejamos que, determinadas casas de apostas basicamente escolhem desconsiderar as métricas de provedores de referência quando o resultado não lhes favorece.

Em sentença recente, proferida pelo TJAM, o entendimento foi o de que as apostas em desarmes foram apuradas conforme os relatórios detalhados da OPTA e do SofaScore e que, comprovadamente, foram vitoriosas.

No entanto, a contradição está justamente na informação (ou na falta dela) repassada ao usuário. Já que a casa de apostas alega que as decisões de liquidar os bilhetes como perdidos foram tomadas de acordo com um "provedor de dados próprio", o que, de acordo com a decisão, configura falha na prestação do serviço, pois não é razoável utilizar um critério restritivo sem que isso seja comunicado de forma ostensiva e prévia ao consumidor.

Ou seja, a questão esbarra diretamente no descumprimento da oferta e na violação da boa-fé, resultando na condenação da plataforma ao pagamento dos prêmios retidos e de indenização por danos morais.
