I finished ep 7, I think some heavy stuff is coming, Ates between Mercan and Eylul and Hazar attacking through the company, ngl, I'm not ready for the angst 🥲. On the other hand, I reconnected with #Cemet, I didn't understand Cemal's attitude, but now it's clear #Arafta #MerTeş

ateş’s protectiveness towards eylül carries so much emotional weight. his anger, vulnerability, pain and fierce instinct to shield his sister shows just how much she means to him. emin portrays these nuances with such emotional depth and authenticity.

I just finished watching ep 6, and I like how they're handling the sisterhood theme. Eylul's reactions were expected; her life took a tremendous turn. Besides, without her, the story wouldn't make sense. And my favorite scene is this one, Aleyna and Emin showed impeccable #Arafta

Guys, I know you’re all emotionally attached to Merteş’ iconic scenes.
Ama this wasn’t even a parallel. Mercan literally reaches for Eylül while Ateş is right beside her, does that mean she’s jealous of Ateş too?
Sometimes an action is just an action, an instinct. Protectiveness is not equal to jealousy.
We’re so used to finding parallels in Arafta that we forget to look at the actual context behind the scene.

Neyse, every viewer is entitled to their own POV.
That’s the beauty of storytelling.
