@ZARA talked to a person named Darcy on the costumer service team and told me “we have a lot of work” and we can’t tell you when we will refund you for the mistake… really? I asked for a manager and she said “you can’t speak to one” !!!! Please help me get this resolved
@ZARA your costumer service is the worst! Your automatic payment machine STOLE 80 dollars from me over 2 months ago. I’ve called your costumer service every 48 hr (because that is when you said it would get resolved) and still no refund. You guys are a joke
