1. The number of mask off or close contacts in the last 48 hours, I can count on 4 fingers. So those at risk is minimal. 2. I test often and well (do the swab properly, no cheating) because I have vulnerable contacts and I found this early - yay!!! 4/7
Be kind. Be moderate in your activity. Be transparent about what you do. And live with COVID awareness (don’t pretend it doesn’t exist and you don’t impact others), at least til we are further past this. 7/7
So, many people have been asking why it is useful to still limit contacts, test where possible, wear a mask and be discretionary in limiting to ‘most needed’ contacts and events for a while….it reduces risk to those around you if you do get COVID. Here’s an example. 1/7
For the people in the back......regardless if this was to be expected because they are allowing more people to get PCR.... THIS...IS....NOT....GOOD!!!! This means there is A LOT more covid out there than the NS gov wants to talk about. 18 days til all bets are off!!!😡

One of my students has tested positive on the PCR test. That was the final push for me to move my exams to take-home, open book assignments. Students are SO stressed out. I'm so pissed off I had to make this decision. But the response from students has been immense relief.
