Someone attempted to do this earlier and it was a larp and they rugged it at 100k. I rebuilt with a complete working backend and logic transferred as this was such a good idea.

DAOPAD turns individual coins into collective DAOs. Devs, insiders and CTO leaders no longer call the shots; the holders do. They make the proposals, vote on them, and every one that passes is carried out on-chain.
