Creating Midnight Breeze has truly brought me closer to the artist I want to be. I want to walk the fine line between being on the scale of a project, but doing the things as an artist. There are very few art projects out there. But the few I see are class, and represent web3 to me.

It's not about web2 adoption. It's not about delivering roadmap points. Rather, it's about delivering an experience. It's delivering a form of art that can only exist on the blockchain.

The art is not just visual, it's also the generative process. It's the creative smart contracts that allow for unique experiences. Web design, unique physical items etc.

When an artist is behind the wheel, there is a unique vision for the project. Look at @DirtyRobotWorks and @jackbutcher, each of these individuals make something that in my opinion is truly about what we can do on the blockchain in their own unique way.

I look up to these individuals, they give me inspiration and make me believe it's possible to be fully native web3.

Because although @LucaNetz has accomplished something truly incredible, it's not a route I'd personally want to walk. But it shows it's what the space might want.

Same for @ZAGABOND, a true unique take on this amazing web3 journey we are all on. About to disrupt the anime world not seen before. But that too, cannot be my path.

What it comes down to is, as an artist, do what inspires you. Even if it means you might fail. But at least you failed trying to do you.

If you look at the visionairys above that's the one thing they all have in common. They believe and deliver on their vision.

With Midnight Breeze, I will do what I can to follow the lonely road, and make something truly unique, to push boundaries and exceed expectations and above all, follow my own vision.
