Breathing is near the top of the CHEK Totem Pole for a reason: the way you breathe has a significant impact on your health.
The average person breathes 25,900 times daily, which correlates to a "normal" resting respiratory rate of 12-16 breaths per minute. But from clinical experience, 6-10 breaths per minute is a more optimal resting rate, and through proper holistic approaches to restoring optimal breathing, this can typically be achieved.
So what does proper breathing actually look like?
The first 2/3 of the breath should come from belly expansion, followed by the last 1/3 in the chest. If you struggle with proper breathing, check out my YouTube channel @paulcheklive. There are many videos that walk you through these exact exercises.

When you go back to cite & solve a past problem, you intentionally borrow the momentum & clean up what is stuck, old, stagnant & not aging well which still holds intel in the now & beyond.
You access the ancient biological structure of self, you cite a younger healthier version before it began. You express a gene at the time space it mutated to understand the how’s & whys.
You recall the observation, heal it & force the future version of that same particle to match a higher frequency.
You heal 3 dimensional states of the same particle, retrocausality not only altering reality, but banking time space in the here & now it didn’t take with it.
For ex, Your workout now formats electrons interwoven in all 3 dimensions of past present future when the intention is fixing an older version that needed the workout but didn’t get.
Healing the old version of self that no longer serves, moving a light year into your current lens, changing the way biology is acting back then to bank more health now.

Do I have breath?

Is there love in my life — am I capable of loving myself?
If you can answer yes to these, you're not in nearly as big an emergency as your ego wants you to believe. You have the leeway to respond with maturity and intelligence, instead of falling back into conditioned beliefs and behaviors that have caused problems before.

It’s important that these cells host the right ones.

-Your indoor environment, lighting, family, relationships, toxins, products you use, working environment
-Outdoor environment, sunshine, moon light, stars, dark & light patterns, nature noises, seasonal shifts, florals, toxins, plants, soil.
-Water sources, their quality, their natural vortex, their mineral complex, what you drink, what you swim in, the oceans you see, the rain you hear.
-Movement, sweat, positive stressors like exercise & physical exhaustion that stimulates physical body.
Every program you upload, download & run is working in the background using instructions that build or break on an emotional, spiritual, physical, energetic, biological, chemical & auric level.
