@TfL Hi there. I do do that. Tap in at a station and out the same as there are barriers so can’t enter / exit. Is there a link so I can pay the unpaid fair and get my card unlocked please

@TfL hi there. Could someone assist please. I was informed that my card was declined yesterday. I settled the balance today even though I seem to have double charged and told my card would be working to pay for fares 30 mins later and yet still doesn’t work. Can someone help pls?
