@MLB can you explain how I'm supposed to get on your app. I log in, it verifies through email, then it wants to verify through my phone as well, but it doesn't send the code for 20+ minutes, the code is only good for 5 minutes. Every time I try to log in.

@UPS I had 2 scheduled deliveries today with 2 different tracking numbers. One order got delivered. Both tracking numbers are showing delivered with the same picture. I filed a claim online, and it came back, showing resolved with the picture of the other item delivered.
