After 1.5 hrs on hold @hulu_support reset my account and verified location so live TV works. CS said they did a system update (during primetime and MLB playoffs🤦🏻‍♀️) Issues 1 month credit. I also stated me doing a full router reset/unplug for their issues daily is not a good fix.

Hey, @hulu @hulu _support, I’m one of the thousands frustrated by the lack of service. I expect a statement credit. Weary of daily streaming issues & being told “restart your router/unplug your device” when this is clearly a HULU issue, not end-user issue. We want real solutions.
