@elonmusk @premium @X @Support Fair warning to the two people who actually read my posts, this is a rant.

My proposal is this. @X should adopt this logo as their new official Support logo. Why? Because anytime we end users have to try and get support (a term I use VERY loosely here), we are sent into this endless circle-jerk of non support. Today I received an email stating that a reply I made to someone was flagged for "violence". They added a screenshot of the terrible deed only to show my reply was blank.

I go through all of my replies only to not find said reply so I went to the support page finding no help. So I sent a message to @Support. Instantly I get the scripted AI reply with things to try (that I've already tried). I explain that none of that addresses my issue so they tell me to contact @Premium. I contact @Premium with my problem and even attach a screenshot. @premium, instantly replies with the same scripted AI nonsense but also tells me to describe the screenshot in detail since it cannot see it. Then it suggests I follow another link which takes me to the "Locked or Suspended Account" page, which, of course, my account is neither and where I started originally. Full circle. This was fun. 😠

Are there no HUMANS at @X? This is my second time I've tried using @X @Support and @Premium to help with account issues and this is the second time that they have been no help at all! @X is worth 44 billion dollars! Use a few of those dollars and put some actual humans on your support side. Sweet jeebus this should not be this difficult!
