on flight #1036 , an hour delay due to plane issue..
made it to charlotte, connecting flight#5228…. sprinted to gate , arrived 9:06, plane had closed doors. AND agent knew people were missing…
WHY didn’t they hold … lousy.

Got me on standby in a crazy weather challenged time. Even called me when the first flight was cancelled and moved me to the next..

#AA has stopped servicing Atlanta/LGA direct..
I am stuck on delta….
I was just refused entrance to the admirals club in Atlanta, for which I pay an annual fee …because I am not flying AA tonight.
I think that is lousy…

Leaving 1 club at gate 42.. if u depart from gates 1-12 you are left with nothing..:
As a long time aa flyer, over 4 million miles... I find it simply not right.
