@sprintcare When you scam your customers & literally not call you back till it's to late to purchase your phones since your being told 3 different times a manager is going to call that's an issue.

@sprintcare Getting the run around about talking to a manager. I mean are the managers afraid to talk to their customers? A manager is never available. Are they under their desk. I just don't get it. I work in the sales industry & I would be out of job if I treated customers this way.

@sprintcare Sorry, Sprint had their chance with 7 different phone calls & getting put on hold every 2 minutes & being on hold for hrs is not good customer service, promised return calls that were never made.
