My life partner has been legally living in SA on a 3 time renewed spousal visa since 2017, diligently building her business, paying taxes, and adhering strictly to the rules required of her. Despite meticulous compliance, repeated visa renewals, her eventual Permanent Residency application was unfairly rejected on grounds of "no proof of relationship"- even after two previously approved spousal visas and all necessary documentation provided.

A subsequent spousal visa renewal (while waiting 2+ years for her PR) was also wrongly denied due to alleged "lack of financial support," forcing us to appeal both rejections in December 2024, which remain unresolved.

This prolonged, stressful ordeal has critically impacted our lives. We’ve now had to apply for a tourist visa extension simply for her to able to stay here, with no clear explanation from anyone as to why even though staying on visa/appeal receipts has been allowed until now.

After almost a decade of this process and with very little hope left, we are desperate. Please help us urgently. We can immediately provide ALL necessary documentation.
