all we literally did:
- go through the flow, identify issues, solve the top ones
- send the build to testers who'd record themselves and talk through
- watch those videos, look at data, identify what else to solve
- repeat

Golang's embed system is pretty awesome! I've built a couple of small full-stack apps with it. You get a Go backend & Vite+React frontend in one, single binary. Super simple and easy to deploy! And it eats like ~20MB of memory.
