So if one more person wants to tell me it’s animal cruelty that my families chickens are locked up for their own safety then come at me. Those chickens are our babies. So tired of uneducated people labelling live stock owners abusers.

Just a friendly reminder that yes free range eggs may sound like it’s better but it can be more dangerous for the chicken to be free range. My parents lost all their chickens that were free range due to wild predators and have chosen to not risk losing 18+ chickens again ☺️

And their chickens are treated amazing even though they are in a coop and an enclosed run. I’m all for people sticking up for animal rights but there needs to be more education before you can sit there and say people are abusing animals when they are actually protecting them.

I haven’t taken one of my meds for a few weeks now and I am definitely feeling the effects of such a stupid decision to not get a refill because I can’t get ahold of the pharmacy by phone but I’m too anxious to go in and ask for a refill so yeah anxiety sucks. 🙃
