@RedsInFour Do you think there’s a chance he’s back tomorrow? He gets the MRI in the morning. Tito said he seems like he could probably play now. Will he get a couple rehab games?
@ThunderCast_Pod Contractually they would have to be included if the won the B12 but they could absolutely hold them out otherwise. It would probably behoove them to leave them out if possible
@everythingreds1@RedsInFour He looks to be a completely different pitcher. First run in the majors had a ~85%FF/15%SL makeup. Now primary is a 100mph sinker. As for Dunn, is he going to keep this up? I’m fine running a Bleday/Marte/Steer OF with a Myers/Benson bench.
@everythingreds1@RedsInFour I don’t remember or see where Guerrero was ever a Red. He’s got a 4.91 ERA with a 2.01 FIP so he’s probably somewhere in between. 1BB and 12K in 7.1 IP this year. If you can get a bullpen arm that can help this year and get rid of Hayes’ contract for Blake Dunn I’m doing that
@everythingreds1@RedsInFour Dunn’s stock will never be higher. Dunn and Myers are kind of redundant. BoSox are desperate for RHH. Have even said they’d take a bad contract (Hayes?). How desperate are they? Can we get a bullpen arm back?
@TheHerdsHeadset There is no longer the academic facade. Nobody is in this for the good of student, fan, or donor. The ADs, coaches, and presidents squeeze every bit of juice from these and move onto the next gig. And I, a Herd fan from the time I remember, am at the end of my rope caring.
@TheHerdsHeadset That power was chipped away. Schools and conferences became fragmented from each other and rivals became enemies. But not among those at the top, but from the top down. The curtain has been pulled back and behind it greed.
Owen Ayers joins the TJStats Top 100 Prospects following the graduation of Travis Bazzana
Ayers has been one of the hottest prospects since his AFL stint last fall and has carried his power gains into 2026. He has 15 HR with a 1.030 OPS and has had raving reviews on his defense
@RedsInFour What are the chances that a) there’s a 2027 season and b) the Reds are a playoff team at the end of it? Are those chances less than 50%? 40? 25? Elly probably doesn’t make it as a Red past the 2028 deadline. The right move is to tear it down to the studs this deadline.
@yuggs513 This is the worst team in baseball right now. Their first month is the only reason this team won’t push for 100 losses. Needs completely torn down and I don’t think anyone involved cares enough to do it. Or at least do it right.
