@PressSec When will regular visa interviews resume for k1 visa applicants? My fiancé was approved in Feb 2020 just pending an interview from London Embassy. We have lost nearly a year together. Can you imagine being separated from you spouse with no idea when you will be reunited again?

@ShalGoesHam My confusion is that the Judge clearly stated that the court order was intended for ALL K1’s not just plaintiffs.. So will the court order be adjusted? Seems like since the Judge has stated this non plaintiffs are now being left in the dark. I think it’s about making $$ now.
