@ScotiabankHelps I’ve sent you guys a DM and I hope that you guys take this seriously otherwise I’m going to the media because you guys are lying about fees and charging people money and ripping them off. This fee has never been a thing in my over decade of banking with you and TD Bank. SMH

Hey @scotiabank can you explain to me why I keep getting charged $5 for a “overdrawn fee” after I send an e-transfer and wait for over an hour. You know the federal government regulated you so you couldn’t charge us a ridiculous amount for NSF Fees. 1/2

@scotiabank In the past couple months since the NSF fees were lowered, you guys have charged me way more than I’ve ever been charged before in my life for simply transferring money to my checking account from my savings and sometimes waiting over an hour or more before using it. Get better

@scotiabank you can’t just start charging customers new fees when the government tells you you can’t rip off people who are already struggling. I’ve never been charged this fee until after you guys got in trouble for the NSF fees. When I call you guys, you give me the runaround.

@scotiabank This is getting very tiring. I’ve never been charged this fee in my entire life and I’ve done this quite frequently and all your customer service team tends to do is give me the runaround and tell me there’s nothing they can do for a fee that makes literally no sense.

Hey @SkipTheDishes mind telling me what kind of customer service this is? I asked full refund of food I could not eat and both your customer service agent AND manager would not refund me properly. @UberEats and @DoorDash both refund me all the time 100% and offer credit. Horrible
