I never used to believe in lucky dates, but today might have just changed my mind.

Today is my birthday, and we just officially closed the largest enterprise deal.

The timing is completely surreal. As the chart shows, it is only May 8th, and we have already doubled our entire revenue from April.

Having personally tried a lot of different platforms out there, I can confidently say we have built the absolute best AI interviewer on the market. Seeing this massive spike is the best birthday gift I could ask for, and it proves that delivering this level of quality at just $0.99 per interview is exactly what the industry needed.

Building a startup is a grind, but days like today make all the late nights worth it.

1/ I’m building something I personally needed.

Every run, ride, and workout had a story, but turning Strava data + photos into a good Instagram carousel every day or week took way too much time.

So I started building PostEffort.

6/ I’m aiming to launch a production-ready version by the end of this week.

I’ll be sharing the build process, product updates, design decisions, and lessons from turning my own problem into a real product.

Later found out I got a slot for the Oceanman World Final Championship 2025 in Dubai. Didn’t see that coming.

I had only started swimming a few months before. From zero. Still signed up anyway. Wasn’t sure I could do it, just didn’t quit.

“I hitchhiked 4 rides, reached late, and still had to swim 5 km in the open sea.”

Last year, 2 weeks before IRONMAN 70.3 Goa, I attempted a 5 km OCEANMAN open water swim. I had never gone beyond 2.3 kms.

lFinished the 5 km in a little over 2 hours. Got the medal. More importantly, didn’t drop out.
