I always have my team implement the
RULE OF 3 when it comes to spending
money. For EVERY job we hire for we
require at least 3 estimates. Many times
when we do this I am shocked at the
differences. For example....

We had an electrical panel replaced in
one of our properties. The first estimate
was $11,400. The third estimate was
$2,800. Same work same panel! Make
sure you are always implementing the
RULE OF 3.
