Throwing down this challenge to all my clients and everyone else for good measure. Stick your phone in the bottom of your gym bag and don't touch it until you're done. Nothing will ruin your workout faster than that stupid thing.
Finally watching The Sopranos - and I gotta say, it is WEIRD for a show this damn good to have so many truly horrible supporting actors in it. I mean...good God, a lot of the performances are max level cringe.
If you want to go the gym and do stupid shit and make it obvious you don't know what you're doing, thays fine. I really don't care. But if you do that while smelling like 14 ashtrays, we have a problem.
If you think you can just get serious about your training and diet when it's prep time for a show and just chill the rest of the year....that's not really how this works. #bodybuilding
