@MattWallace888@dom_lucre Please stop. Imane Khelif was born a woman and has female organs. She has an elevated level of testosterone. But she’s a biological woman.
@Rcrisw2023@MikeBaggz @Carrier_Photoz What’s going on in Chicago is gang violence. That’s gang culture not black culture. Gangs are organized criminals just like the mafia or cartels. It’s not black people or black culture. When the mafia had gang wars it wasn’t called Italian on Italian crime.
@ArielaP5794192@BinghamLowe@iamyesyouareno Do not confuse black culture with gang culture. They are not the same. Gang violence affects every group of people. But no one views the mafia and the Italians as being the same. If a black person dies to gang violence it’s viewed as black people. And that’s not accurate.
@JohnnyS11524890@ThrillaRilla369@MattWallace888@CaitlinClark22 It was less than 1% of blacks that owned slaves. “In 1860, 1% of white southern families owned 200 or more human beings, but in states of the Confederacy, at least 20% owned at least one and in Ms and SC ran as high as fifty percent.”
@lumpawonka@MeriTesla @hartgoat @PicturesFoIder My dad and all my aunts and uncle grew up in segregation. That’s not past history. Colored water fountains. No public’s pool access. KKK driving through town while they hide. My aunts and uncle are still alive. My uncle is in his 60s. That was Union, SC.
@Jwhitty16@ianmiles@FinalBattle24 There’s different systems of slavery. In Africa slaves became apart of the owners family lineage. That wasn’t the American system where they brutalized their slaves. In Ancient Israel a slave was freed if they were physically harmed. Not in America. The US had perpetual slavery.
@gucci3xs@Jwhitty16@ianmiles@FinalBattle24 In 1860, 1% of white southern families owned 200 or more human beings, but in states of the Confederacy, at least 20% owned at least one and in MS and SC ran as high as fifty percent.
@ThrillaRilla369@MattWallace888 Racism and slavery are not the same. When slavery ended racism did not. We know when slavery was abolished but when exactly did racism end? I’ve been pulled over and told I’m going to jail if I have a warrant. And then told to go receiving no ticket. What should that be called?
@ArielaP5794192@BinghamLowe@iamyesyouareno Black people were more civilized then? In the 60s? When black people’s church’s were being bombed. And 18 black leaders and activist were killed? That’s just in the 60s. When the kkk terrorized black communities. These black people are still living today btw.
@BinghamLowe@iamyesyouareno Dr King lead peaceful marches to end segregation and Jim Crow laws. My family’s from segregated Union, SC where they hid from the kkk as they drove through town. And what happened to Dr King for his stance? He was killed. These aren’t my grandparent’s stories. It’s my dad’s.
@Tom24Elbert@Rulo123@Outkick Aggressive defense does foul on every play. Watch a Warriors game and see how often Steph is doubled or held before he can get free to get the ball. It’s apart of the game. And a goat will learn to win regardless. Jordan got literally beat up by the Pistons.
@IowaBOP Michael Jordan got beat up, literally, by the Pistons. Lebron and Kobe were hated by their own teammates. Curry replaced a loved player on the Warriors. They all had challenges to work through. But CC isn’t a goat. She has to prove that on this level.
@WHlTELoTuZ@ThrillaRilla369@MattWallace888@CaitlinClark22 My father grew up and had to sit in the back of the bus, order food from the back door of the restaurant and couldn’t swim in the public pool. He was from Union, SC. My mother is from Detroit which is still segregated today. Racism isn’t imaginary.
@EdWheeler450145@ThrillaRilla369@MattWallace888@CaitlinClark22 There were a very small percentage of Black’s that owned slaves. And most free blacks that purchased slaves purchased family members who they manumitted. Learn the history and not talking points. https://t.co/dr9PtjaXvf
